LEAD 4 - Uncovering Futures

We are thrilled to invite you for our LEAD 4 programme for senior leaders!

Together with Minkowski, we developed an inspiring four-month leadership development journey, tailor-made for NN Group, its strategic framework, Future Ready Behaviour and the i-LEAD profile. In 2023, we rolled-out our first cohorts. We are excited that thus far 185 of our total group of approximately 300 senior leaders have participated, and that reviews continue to be very positive.

Now that almost two-thirds of our senior leaders have successfully completed the programme, we are nearing the completion of the LEAD 4 programme with the last 3 cohorts in 2025. This means that this is your final opportunity to sign up!

You can submit your preferred dates untill 1 November 2024. Afterwards the cohorts will be created.

Limited places are available and participation is on a "first-come-first-served" basis. We try to honour your first choice; however, we prioritise diversity and try to avoid direct reports meeting each other in the same cohort.
